The Challenge
Bentlily has a solid fanbase, and is now ready to push towards bigger growth. In order to grow its online audience, gain traction for an upcoming book release, and diversify its revenue stream to include branded products, bentlily needs to clarify its brand and distinguish itself from a sea of Instagram platitudes.
The Work
We developed a brand strategy and visual brand identity for bentlily. Our goal was to create a brand that communicates the joy and power of noticing the moments in your life.
We identified the core audience for bentlily: the super fans. We provided valuable insights into their values, behaviours, lifestyle, and how to reach them. We also showed bentlily how to tap into trend of the rise of the creator. A new kind of influencer who builds their audience through the power of their creativity. They are known for their craft, rather than for just being famous.
We distilled the work down into a simple brand promise that bentlily can deliver on every day.
Once we determined the key brand characteristics, we created a compelling visual identity. One that gets noticed and is aligned to the core audience and their preferences.
The Outcome
- Instagram followership doubled within 8 months (from 4k to 8k). Shares of posts have increased 5x.
